iQOO has expanded its Z series lineup in India with the launch of the Z11xa 5G on September 7, 2026. The new device, priced at Rs 28,999, centres around the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor and boasts a substantial 7,200mAh battery.
Performance and Hardware
The iQOO Z11xa 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset, launched in February 2025. This processor is built on a 4nm process and includes four high-performance Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.6 GHz, alongside four energy-saving Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, and a 15 MC2 GPU clocked at 1.3 GHz. According to AnTuTu 11 benchmark listings, the chipset achieved a total score of 960,000 points. Geekbench 6 reports single-core performance of 1060 points and multi-core performance of 2826 points.
The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage as its sole configuration.
Display and Design
The Z11xa 5G features a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits (in HBM). The display is TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certified and includes an Eye Comfort Mode. The device is available in two colour options: Titan Black (matte finish) and Prismatic Green (glossy prism design). iQOO states the Z11xa has a durable design, achieving an SGS Gold Label Five Star rating and passing multiple military standards, offering resistance to drops from up to 1.7m.
Camera and Battery
The phone includes a dual rear camera setup: a 50MP main sensor (Sony IMX852 with f/2.45 aperture) and a 2MP bokeh camera. A 32MP selfie camera is located on the front. Powering the device is a large 7,200mAh silicon-carbon battery supporting 44W fast wired charging.
Software and Additional Features
The iQOO Z11xa 5G runs Origin OS, based on Android 16. iQOO promises 2 years of OS upgrades and 4 years of security patch updates. The phone also incorporates new AI features, including the “Origin Island Feature” inspired by Apple’s Dynamic Island, as well as Circle to Search and an AI creation tool. Gaming features include AI Game Voice Changer and 4D Game Vibration. It also supports IP68 and IP69+ water and dust resistance.
The iQOO Z11xa 5G is available for Rs 28,999, but can be purchased for Rs 27,499 with offers from ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank, with options for no-cost EMI up to six months.
