ASUS is gearing up to introduce a new range of Vivobook laptops to the Indian market, encompassing both 14-inch and 16-inch screen sizes. The company has confirmed a launch date of September 16, 2026, at 12 PM, and a dedicated microsite is already live for potential customers to explore.
Diverse Range of Models
The new lineup will include several models within the Vivobook 14 and Vivobook 16 families. Specifically, the Vivobook 16 range will consist of both a standard Vivobook 16 and a Vivobook S16. Additional models include the Vivobook 14 Flip, Vivobook S14 Flip, and the Vivobook S14, offering a variety of form factors and features.
Processor Options & Performance
ASUS is offering a broad selection of processor options to cater to different user needs. These include processors from AMD, Intel, and Qualcomm Snapdragon. Customers will be able to choose from:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon X: Up to 45 TOPS performance
- Intel: Up to Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 with 49 TOPS
- AMD: Up to AMD Ryzen AI 7 400 series with 50 TOPS
Enhanced Features & Durability
The new Vivobooks will ship with Copilot + PC, integrating AI functionality directly into the user experience. ASUS highlights the laptops’ US military grade durability, ensuring resilience in demanding conditions. They will also feature Type-C charging, capable of reaching a 60% charge in just 49 minutes. Security features include face recognition and data protection via Microsoft Pluton.
Warranty & Value Proposition
To provide added peace of mind, ASUS is including an extended 2-year warranty and three years of accidental damage protection with the new Vivobooks. This protection, normally valued at Rs 5,999, will be available for just Rs 99, according to ASUS. The laptops are designed with a premium metallic finish and are claimed to offer over 38 hours of battery life on a single charge.
