For years we believed that more the watts, more the output of a light bulb. But is that really true? With advent of CFLs this theory was questioned, but what is the true indicator of output of a light bulb? It is “Lumens”. Most luminaires available in market do mention lumens on them, especially the branded ones do have them. But not many people know about it or look at that value.
