Samsung is planning a price increase of around ₹20,000 for its entire Galaxy S26 5G series in India, according to currently available information. While Samsung has not officially confirmed this adjustment, expectations for a price rise have been building.

The anticipated price increases stem from growing manufacturing costs related to memory and components, a trend that has already prompted Samsung to raise prices on its A series devices. Here’s a breakdown of the expected new pricing:
- Galaxy S26: The 12GB + 256GB variant, originally priced at ₹87,999, is expected to cost ₹1,07,999. The 12GB + 512GB model will reportedly increase from ₹1,07,999 to ₹1,27,999.
- Galaxy S26+: The 12GB + 256GB version, initially at ₹1,19,999, is projected to be priced at ₹1,39,999. The 12GB + 512GB configuration is expected to rise from ₹1,39,999 to ₹1,59,999.
- Galaxy S26 Ultra: The 12GB + 256GB model, launching at ₹1,39,999, is expected to be priced at ₹1,59,999. The 12GB + 512GB variant will reportedly increase from ₹1,59,999 to ₹1,79,999, and the 16GB + 1TB version from ₹1,89,999 to ₹2,09,999.
Given recent price adjustments from other manufacturers, particularly Apple, this increase for Samsung’s flagship series is not expected to come as a surprise to consumers.
