Indian audio brand Mivi is preparing to enter the smartphone market with its debut device, the Mivi One 5G, scheduled for launch on September 24, 2026. The company is emphasizing customer care as a key differentiator, and will sell the device via Flipkart in India.
Enhanced After-Sales Experience
Mivi is including its ‘Mivi Care+’ service package at no extra cost to purchasers of the Mivi One 5G. TelecomTalk reports that this package includes a one-year warranty and access to a network of over 500 service centers throughout India. Customers will also benefit from a seven-day replacement policy, described as ‘Replaced, not repaired’, for eligible issues.
To manage service requests, Mivi is providing a dedicated Mivi Care+ app for filing and tracking repairs. A concierge service will also handle the logistics of pickup, repair, and delivery, streamlining the support process for customers.
Camera and Core Specs
Teasers released by Mivi reveal details about the phone’s camera system. The Mivi One 5G will feature a 50MP main camera alongside a secondary sensor, and a pill-shaped LED flash. The brand has not yet disclosed specific details about the secondary sensor. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
Mivi anticipates pricing the Mivi One 5G under Rs 15,000, positioning it as a competitive option in the Indian market.
