Kerala’s leading cable and broadband service provider Asianet has launched new high speed broadband plans with speed up to 20Mbps in Trivandrum and Cochin. These new Xtreme plans start at Rs 375 per month for 8Mbps and Rs 1625 for 20Mbps.
Asianet also launched unlimited high speed Dart plans which offer up to 15Mbps unlimited with FUP at Rs 4999. Asianet also offer double usage on some plans for subscribers with their digital cable service Asianet Digital TV.
Asianet always tailor its plan against BSNL broadband which is their main competitor in the state. Their plans are always faster and cheaper than BSNL. Till now only BSNL had high speed VDSL 24Mbps plan with 250GB at Rs 6999 per month. Asianet offer 20mbps at just Rs 1625 for 20GB, which is very affordable for anyone who needs to feel the change in speed.As we move towards high speed era of 3G and 4G it is high time for traditional broadband to catch up.
