OnePlus has announced the impending arrival of the OnePlus N6 Lite in India, expanding its N-series lineup alongside the existing N6 and N6x models. While full details are being held back for now, OnePlus has offered a first look at the device’s design and confirmed several key specifications.
Design and Display Details
The N6 Lite sports a design departure for OnePlus, featuring a flat frame with rounded corners. The rear camera island is notable for its resemblance to recent iPhone Pro models – specifically the iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro and similar iterations – with a dual-camera setup and an LED flash integrated into the arrangement. The phone will be available in green and black colour options.
The device will feature a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and will also incorporate Aqua Touch technology. OnePlus notes that Aqua Touch, while not new, is a welcome addition to a more affordable device.
Battery and Software Features
OnePlus has confirmed that the N6 Lite will pack a substantial 7000mAh battery. The company is also promising 36 months of “fluency protection,” covering the display, durability, and overall user experience.
The N6 Lite will also include several AI-powered features, including AI Clear Face and AI Eraser Help.
Availability
The OnePlus N6 Lite is scheduled to launch in India on September 22, 2026. At that time, pricing and a complete list of specifications will be revealed. The phone will be available through the OnePlus Store app, Amazon.in, OnePlus experience stores, and select retail outlets across India.
